Sender Email: Wow! I mean WOW!!! Found your site using a search engine. Several of the self defense products I had purchased from another company several years back were old and needed replacing. My experience dealing with people in your company has been beyond outstanding. Had a number of questions. Called your on line number. Promptly received a call back from Mitch who took a lot of time with me making sure I ordered the products I needed. Called him back a couple of times and he responded to my requests over and beyond that of any sales/management person I have ever dealt with. Placed the order and received majority of products I ordered & had been quoted LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I had one small glitch with one of the items. I again called Mitch. We played a bit of call tag but I quickly received a call from a customer service rep (didn't get her name) who apologized for the mix up and promptly placed the correct item in the mail - no additional charge to me. The next day I received the other item from my original order. I should mention that I checked a lot of online self defense sites and your prices were outstanding. I am sold. Excellent!
I purchased this stun gun two weeks ago. It amazingly does look like a cell phone and actually used the alarm when I was entering a parking lot and noticed I was being followed from a distance. I sounded the alarm and the person disappeared. I don't know if they were following me, but it did scare them away and attracted quite a few people. I never had to use the stun gun weapon, the alarm did the job but I did feel safe with both in the same unit. Thanks again to preventing a potential attack on myself. Great Selection
I was looking for child safety devices for my home for my grandchildren. This kit gave me quite a few different safety protection devices for various areas in my home. The only problem was, I should have ordered another box at the same time so I had to reorder and wait for the second box to finish the job. The Hottie is Hot!
I just got my Hottie a few days ago and I love it. It's really small and looks like a cell phone and has a cool leather case that you don't even have to take out the device to use. The sound of the electrical noise is LOUD and will scare a bad guy away. I recommend the HOTTIE to any girl who wants to stay safe. The order process and delivery was excellent too!
