Shipping Policy:

ALL ORDERS $75.00 OR MORE SHIP FOR FREE!

* We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

* Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Shipping Deadlines

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground except during major holidays. If you required expedited shipping during holidays, please contact Stingergirlz at 877-876-2994. We will do our best to accommodate your request. UPS Ground shipping is $8.95 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $50.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.

Stingergirlz will ship orders 3-day and overnight upon verbal instruction to our customer service deparment. Please note that certain products that are classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

Parcel Insurance

Stingergirlz will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self-insure, Stingergirlz has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.

Accurate Shipping Information Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information on their orders. Any charges incurred with returns or extra charges billed by the shipping company due to incorrect information will be billed to the customer.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive order confirmations via email, which will include a copy of their invoices and shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do NOT ship personal protection devices outside the Continental United States.

United States, including U.S. Territories

* Mace, pepper spray, stun guns, tasers, stun batons or any other stun devices CANNOT be shipped outside the Continental United States, which includes Alaska and US Territories.

* Mace and pepper spray products CANNOT be shipped to New York or Massachusetts.

* Only Michigan-approved sprays and Wisconsin-approved sprays can be shipped to the states of Michigan and Wisconsin.

* Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois (only with Firearm Owner's Identification FOID), New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, Chicago, Illinois or the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

* Tasers CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois (only with Firearm Owner's Identification FOID), New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, Chicago, Illinois or the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

* All pepper spray orders are shipped by GROUND service only (This is by law).

* Please click on Legal Restrictions to view state restrictions regarding the use and sale of stun guns. Stun guns will not be shipped where prohibited or illegal.
